QE – Qualified Export Manager: coaching and training a group of Dutch export management executives.

Since September 2015 a new group of export management executives is participating in E&M’s QE – Qualified Export Manager programme. A 1-year training programme to become a strategic decision maker in export operations and the (post-bachelor) course to acquire the title QE – Qualified Export Manager®. Several plenary sessions took place in which topics within the arena of international business have been introduced and discussed. In the meantime they have been individually coached in composing their export strategy document. Also several colleagues from “the export business” have introduced their specific company export strategy. They will finish this programme in September 2016 by a validation session – the apex of this programme! If succesfully they will receive the post-Bachelor accredited certificate “Export Marketing Management”, validated by the Dutch accreditation body CPION. In September 2016 a new group will start!
